Good Support, Great Cushioning, Not as Chunky as Competitors
Repeat purchase. I love the NB 880s. I find that the cushion and support is great, the toe box is a great width (not too wide or narrow), and the slight rocking lift is the right angle for comfortable running and walking. While there is a good amount of Fresh Foam, I wouldn’t think of this as a chunky/high-profile sneaker (compared to Hokas, for example). I will say this is a great running shoe, but I do not use it for weight training as I prefer a flat soled shoe for those activities. Good to know you’re looking for one shoe for all of your workout needs.

Perfect for 12-Hour Shifts & Post-Surgery Comfort
I bought the New Balance 880 (Extra Wide) for my mother, who is a registered nurse working long 12-hour shifts on her feet. She recently had foot surgery on her second toe that required pins and about a 2.5 month recovery, so finding the right shoe was really important for her comfort and healing.These shoes were recommended by her podiatrist surgeon, and they absolutely lived up to expectations. Now that she’s back at work, she’s been wearing them without any issues. She says they are extremely comfortable, even after long shifts, and the extra-wide fit gives her plenty of room in the toe box…especially important after her surgery.It’s been a huge relief knowing she can work comfortably and safely without worrying about foot pain or pressure on her toes. If you’re someone who spends long hours on your feet, or you need extra room due to foot conditions or recovery, I highly recommend these shoes. They’ve made a noticeable difference for her.

Love these for Supination!
Love these! My feet supinate, tilt to the outside edge of my feet rather than onto my arches. I tried to be cheap and buy cheap shoes and use inserts. I had so many problems doing that and wouldn’t recommend that to anyone. Your feet are worth the investment in good shoes.These are comfy from the get-go, right out of the box. I’m not using any additional insert. No problem with the sizing, exactly right.

Runs small
I wish I loved these, but they are on the smaller side, I am an 8 always, never had problems, these were tight. I still kept them because I needed them for a trip. Not so comfy unfortunately!

Perfect Fit
I’ve been wearing New Balance 800V15 for quite some time. Although they are running shoes, I can’t run, but I do enjoy the comfort when walking in stores and outdoors. There’s just enough fresh foam to make walking comfortable and I’m glad this style offers a wide size for my prescription Orthotics. I won’t be going back to H…a.
