I absolutely love these shorts. I got the size XXL 8 inch length. I’m 184 pounds/6 months pregnant.The reason I got these: I was thrifting a while back, and I found a pair that were exactly like this, and I have struggled to find another pair online that matched the pair that I had originally thrifted from the thrift store. This is the closest thing I could find to it, I am six months pregnant and I wanted some thing that was comfortable, but not necessarily specifically made for maternity. It stretches perfectly over my belly without feeling tight but also doesn’t fall down or sag or is oddly loose around the crotch area. I had read some other reviews that the black color for some reason left dye issues on furniture. I have yet to have that issue. I washed the shorts before I wore them with a load that had other clothes in them and everything seems fine so far. I’ve worn them 3 times now and they are very comfy. The fabric is pretty thin and breathable doesn’t cause me to sweat the same way biker short sports material usually does. These are great to sleep in or to lounging or to even throw under a dress to keep your thighs from chafing.

Very Lightweight Fabric
Not for gym use – they feel great, soft buttery fabric but very lightweight, like thin t-shirt fabric, not heavyweight for a gym workout. I got large (I’m 5’8″, 150lbs) and they might be a hint too big, but not baggy at all (VERY stretchy.) I would buy medium next time. Keeping them to wear under short dresses.

The parcel arrived ahead of schedule, so I was ecstatic. These shorts are very comfortable and can be worn with an over-sized t-shirt, or under dresses for a little extra coverage. These are my go-to athletic shorts. I will be ordering more in different colors.
