Makeup removal success!
I got this product today and tried it out for the first time. My usual nightly routine is to remove my makeup with coconut oil, wash my face with a bar soap, apply toner, serum, and night cream. Eye makeup was always a bit tricky to remove, and I often had to use makeup remover wipes to get rid of the stubborn stuff. But this balm is amazing! It not only felt great on my skin, but it completely removed all my makeup, including mascara and eyeliner. My face felt super clean and fresh, and it was a breeze to remove my makeup. I’m a big fan of Olay products, and I’ve been using their moisturizer for years. This is just another great addition to my collection.

Does a good job removing makeup, love fragrance -free!
First let me just say that I love Olay products as I’ve been using them for decades! I use the moisturizer every day. Since I’m told my skin (older, mature) looks good, I’m reluctant to use anything else. So I was happy to find this makeup remover. But that said, it is a very different product for me.It does a good job of removing makeup, it feels gentle & moisturizing. But I do feel like washing it off with a cleanser afterwards as it does feel like it leaves a film. So I am doing a double cleanse. I have sensitive skin so I’m not sure how that will go long term… but I will definitely keep using it to see.I love that it is truly fragrance -free. Many products claim to be, but still have a scent. This has none. I don’t like using my hands to apply it as I don’t think it’s sanitary to keep dipping in the jar, so I’m using a disposable spatula. Still on the fence about this product but time will tell if it will be added to my regular skin care routine. I’m pretty sure it will be.

Disappointed in product
This product is old. The oil in it is rancid and smells very bad. Very disappointed in this product. I am going to TRY to send it back.

Excellent cleanser for SPF, oil, and makeup
I have very sensitive skin, wear SPF and makeup everyday, and am maturing in age. My skin doesn’t always react well to everything I use. I love Olay and decided to try this cleansing balm. I really like it. It’s fragrance free, gentle, and melts with the warmth of your skin. It cleans everything off easily, and washes off beautifully. Leaves my skin feeling very soft and very clean. Highly recommend.

I have very sensitive eye lids and this product was suppose to wash makeup off in one wash but it took two and you have to rub your eye lashes.

Best soft skin cleanser!
This is the best remover . I have dry skin and wear a full face of makeup including brows and mascara etc . This not only takes everything off it’s gentle and leaves my skin feeling soft . I will never be without it !

Love this . It’s oily and balmy but it rinses nice. Removed all the sunscreen and foundation . I was using inky list but it caused pimples on my chin so I tried this okay balm and I’m hooked . I use a gel cleanser for my skin type after using the balm.

Different then most cleansing balms, not as solid but spreads nicely on the face but feels heavier then other solid balms. Rinses off easily and does a good job of removing makeup.
