Excellent for Acne Prone Skin / Winter Season
Since I live in a desert climate I specifically wanted a toner without hyaluronic acid (which is extremely difficult to find nowadays). Since Hyaluronic Acid needs moisture in the air, it did the opposite effect for my skin. Even if I put my toner on with damp skin and sealed it with an occlusive moisturizer, my skin was still dry and itchy. The Tosowoong toner provided moisture and ceramides that my skin needs (my skin literally drinks this up). I think that for the amount you get, it’s definitely worth the price. I use this toner with the real extreme barrier cream (original) and I noticed that my skin felt moisturized.

I recently added this product to my skincare routine and I am loving the results. This gives me that “glass skin” look! I use this in conjunction with my my other toners & moisturizer. I love it so far. It’s very hydrating.

I love this I have a couple rice water toners but this feels more like what my rice water from preparing to cook rice but it feels a bit thicker even though it comes out watery it really feels like it gets absorbed which my skin hates doing no fragrance or very slight I don’t smell anything it’s like they held the starch in I guess it’s a noticeable difference from other rice water toners on your skin and I see marked improvement!! I have exceedingly sensitive skin no adhesives nothing even fragrances like cologne make me break out in hives.I have prescription strength desert dry skin that everything likes to just sit on top of my skin this truly sinks in love it!
