We swear by the 2-finger amount rule. We recommend applying half the amount first, even it out, and then apply the other half for the best application.
Does it wear well under makeup?
Most absolutely. The texture is quite hydrating, yet doesn’t leave a greasy film and allows for the makeup to sit on it without pilling.
Should I apply before or after primer?
Always finish your skincare routine first before applying on any makeup products, including primer. Apply the sunscreen at the last step of your skincare routine, and apply primer, followed by the rest of your makeup.

Read before you buy. Brutal honest review
The sunscreen did exceed my expectations. Firstly, I would like to say that this sunscreen leans more to those with dry skin types. This is because the sunscreen does leave a very glowy finish, but I don’t feel that greasiness at all, so it can be used with oily skin types if they don’t mind a glow. It has never given me acne at all, and when applied it sits on the skin perfectly with no residue.The only downside, in which is why it has 4 stars is if you use way too much of it, it can leave a stinging sensation. Make sure to not apply way too much if your face is sensitive, as it can sting/hurt on some areas. Other than that, it is a very very good sunscreen. I might just keep buying more once it runs out.Hope this helps on your search for Korean sunscreens!

I’m not someone who writes reviews but I felt this one deserves it. I’m an acne prone skin girly. So, I can be kinda picky with what I use on my face. A lot of sunscreens I try either leave a white residue. Or makes my skin more oily than it already is. When I applied this one it was different. It’s lightweight and not oily! 👏🏻 if you’re skin is like mine this one is worth the purchase

Perfect sunscreen for acne prone, oily/combo skin
Im in love with this sunscreen and have been using it for a long time. I have sensitive, acne prone/combination skin and have struggled with finding the right products that do not break me out. This one works great, is calming, moisturizing and leaves no white caste. I can instantly feel the calming effect and I do not hesitate to put it on even when I have active breakouts. It doesn’t irritate or worsen my acne. Very happy that I found this product.

Inconsistent Formula?
I switched from Beauty of Joseon to this because the wait time and cost of shipping for BoJ just didn’t make sense with so many other options. This product was well reviewed by dermatologists online and it was brand certified through Amazon, so I knew I was getting the real thing. I liked this a lot the last time I purchased. After repurchasing recently, the product is dry and clumpy. I’m confused about why this is occurring, but I feel like product is wasted both on the pilling/clumps, and when the tube gets stopped up. It also doesn’t blend into the skin as easily, given the random pilling.This isn’t a great enough product to pull me back in when there is a risk of getting a faulty product. It is non-irritating and non-greasy on my super sensitive skin and sensitive eyes. It doesn’t smell like anything and it blends with other products, including makeup. I just know that there are smoother/creamier products than this that won’t have this problem.

Honestly amazing
The worst thing about this sunscreen is that I’m having a hard time keeping my hands off my face because this makes my skin SO. SOFT. I have oily, acne prone skin, and I was looking for a moisturizing sunscreen with a higher spf, that also had niacinimide in it.I can’t imagine even someone with dry skin would even need moisturizer underneath this one, though. It goes on very nicely, it’s a smooth and creamy texture, but not thick. It’s a little runny, if you measure out your sunscreen using your fingers. It feels so nice going on it’s a treat. It’s not matte, but the shine isn’t excessive—I don’t wear makeup on top; my skin just looks moisturized.And I love that this is higher than the normal spf 35 you usually see for facial sunscreens. I love more the niacinimide, so this will also help with oil control and post-breakout red spots.It doesn’t have a fragrance or chemical smell—it’s a very mild fresh scent. All around I’m happy with this product.

I have very sensitive skin which is currently recovering from damaged skin barrier (due to a bad reaction to a vitamin C treatment from another brand) my skin is sore so it’s been hard to find gentle products to help recover. I was recommended to try Iunik and have been very impressed. I now use the Beta Glucan serum, moisturiser and the sunscreen is my latest product to try. I tried the Aveno sunscreen before this and it irritated my face. But the Iunik is perfect! It goes on like a moisturiser, light and doesn’t have that heavy sunscreen feel or scent. I felt no irritation at all, in fact I couldn’t tell I was wearing it. This will be my go-to from now on highly recommended!
