So relaxing
Works as described. The cold is cold , hot is hot. It makes my face feel relaxed. It did not come with a manual that stated what each color LED light is for so I had to Google that. I have been using the green to try to clear up some dark spots, but I have only been using it for a week so I will have to give you an update on that as time goes on.

A Surprisingly Gentle and Relaxing First Experience with a Facial Massager Wand.
This was my first time using a facial massager wand, and since I have sensitive skin, I wasn’t sure how my skin would react. I tested all seven settings—from the warm facial massage mode to the cooling mode—especially around my puffy cheeks and under-eye area. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed both the warm and cool functions. Rolling the wand over my facial muscles felt incredibly relaxing.I tried it with different facial serums, and it really seems to help my skin absorb the products more effectively. Best of all, my skin tolerated the massager without any irritation. I definitely plan to make this a regular part of my daily skincare routine.

It’s a nice massager with a really nice handle and I like that it had different settings for heat and cool so you can make it warmer or cooler depending on your need, and it feels really nice on my face. It’s also nice that you can use it on different body parts.It’s a great massager with multiple settings for heat and cool with or without the vibration setting, and maybe more long term you will see changes, but for me, I didn’t see any in the short time I used it. I really wanted this for my jawline and my eye wrinkles, but you can use this on your hands, arms, legs, back, neck as well. Because of the comfortable shape to hold it, this would be fantastic for back pain.
