Does not do as claimed, no medical evidence and I did not see results personally
The device is fairly straightforward to set up and use, and the instructions are easy enough to follow at a basic level. However, they lack important details—most notably how long each treatment session should last. The instructions also mention the need for hydrogel, but none is included, which means you have to purchase that separately before you can use the device properly.In terms of performance, I did not see any visible results after using it consistently for over a week. I primarily tested the “B-Fat” setting on my upper arms, using it for 15 minutes on each tricep and taking measurements before and after. After a week of use, there was no measurable change.Looking into the frequencies used by the device raises additional concerns. The 30Hz setting is marketed for fat reduction, but there’s no solid evidence supporting fat loss at that frequency—though it may help improve circulation. Similarly, the 200Hz setting is supposed to target stretch marks, and the 300Hz setting claims to help with lifting and tightening skin, but neither frequency has reliable evidence backing those specific claims. What these frequencies may do, however, is promote increased circulation, which seems to be the common thread.During use, the device does produce some warmth, but it doesn’t feel like it penetrates very deeply into the skin. Overall, despite consistent use, there were no noticeable improvements in fat reduction, skin tightening, or stretch marks. Based on my experience, it may offer mild circulation benefits, but it does not deliver on the more significant results it appears to promise.

It does what it is supposed to
Works well. I docked it a star because it should be used with rf conducting gel but it didn’t say that in the description. Luckily, I’ve used similar products, so I knew to look for that. The instructions wereeasy to follow and it worked out of the box… Didn’t require pre-charging. It easy to hold, handle, and maneuver. It also didn’t get hit enough to burn. (I’ve heard horror stories about that with cheap ones.) I would say it’s a great size for belly, thighs, and buttocks. Any smaller areas are a bit less easy, but certainly doable (eg, upper arms). It’s has a clean look with easy to read display. It’s a good deal for the price given comparable products. It has several modes, so you can pick each time. I found that the mix between the heat and massage gives best results.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased this product based on the description. It is ineffective, Little heat, and no massage at all. I was even more disappointed when I went to return the product, and they offered me 1/2 the purchase price to be credited to my card. What a scam. Will never purchase a Comeby product. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Too soon to tell but feels really good while using it.
I bought this in hope of some relief from Neuropathy pain and cramping. One good thing is it’s very easy to use. It’s hand held and very portable. I get cramps in my legs at night. Before bedtime, is when I use it. It feels really good delivering a nice continuous vibration that is pain free and comforting. I’ve only used it a few nights now. Honestly, I can’t say if it’s maid a difference yet. I certainly don’t feel worse so I’m hoping more time using it will tell the tale. My legs are also quite rippled from weight loss. I’m working on that area and on my saggy arms. I’m not looking for a miracle. Reviews are pretty positive so I will remain positive too. I deducted 1 star for the unknown factor.

Cheaply made and won’t refund my money
Do not buy! This product is awful! It didn’t work so I retuned it and received another one and it didn’t work either! So I returned both of them (one of them I had to pay shipping to return) and I’m still waiting on my refund! They’re telling me I have to wait a month for my refund. What a total scam!
